I’m looking for someone to fix our front door please. The door has been fixed a few times. This time it might need a new pivot hinge. Thank you!

We need 4 stools removed from the concrete. The screws need to be cut off and flush with the concrete so they are not a hazard. We also need the bottom door latch fixed so that they door can be secure when closed.

We need someone to complete a few tasks for our outdoor area: Furniture Assembly - Finish building an outdoor bed/couch (half-done). - Ensure it’s stable and secure. Moving Furniture - Move an outdoor couch onto the deck. - Place a rug underneath it. - Ceiling Clean - Wipe down outdoor ceilings (dust/marks). Notes: - The deck has already been gurneyed, so no heavy cleaning required. - Just finishing the assembly, some moving, and ceiling wipe-down. - All tools and cleaning supplies will need to be provided. Timing: Preferably today at 3:30pm or tomorrow between 9–12 or after 3:30pm.

This is one of our clients who has an Electrolux double door fridge where the left side handle has broken off. The fridge is a discontinued item and nowhere is Australia or NZ has the part required to fix it. Would like a handyman to go out to see if it is repairable and if so if it can be repaired on the day?
