Bifold doors have a handle, the spring doesn’t connect to the handle so therefore when you turn the handle they don’t register and it doesn’t open

The photo below shows a non functional lock on my hollow core door. I don't need the lock. Id like the 2 handles removed, i.e. both sides, and the door patched, even with an electrical plate if that's easy. I just want it patched up so nobody tries to use the lock and so that it looks halfway decent.

The front door of a unit has had the door handle replaced and the previous handles removed. The removal of the previous handles has created some damage to the door which needs to be patched and then the door repainted. Both sides of the door need to be patched and painted.

Fix bathroom door handle that has come off

Patch repair (there may be some minor movement in one section, noted below). Three areas: 1. Hole/damaged corner next to window — needs proper build-up, not just a surface fill. FYI when I press against the window head (horizontal surface of the window architrave next to the window frame), it moves slightly. 2. Crack going up the wall around vent (5-7mm wide approx, varies by area). 3. Cracks along where ceiling meets wall (cornice line). No need to paint — just want it filled and finished ready for me to paint separately.

Internal door replacement. The door being replaced is a hollow core door. The current door is water damaged as water go into the bottom of the door and blew it out. Current door hardware can be reused. The door will also need to be painted.
