I’m in Highgate Hill and the exterior of our house is covered in polystyrene insulation and render. One of the shaped polystyrene windowsills was damaged in a hailstorm and fallen off. I need it remade, reattached, and rendered to match the existing finish. The sill is approximately 2m in length. The window sill is approximately 3m from the ground, with easy access and lots of room to work. A photo of a remaining windowsill and the window with the missing sill are attached. No painting required.

Install Sliding door 1250x 2350. And Swing door 1100x2350. Have purchased the track and mechanism for the sliding door. Can provide further details if interested .

Two of our doors needs to be fixed

To seal the gaps on the base of 2 x windows about 4m high as per photo, silicon and ladder will be provided

1 door needs door handle replaced. Another door needs tongue aligned with strike plate. Not closing properly. Another door (front door) not closing properly - needs to be pushed hard to open or close it.

I am in need of a basic window installation. I have a door with three panels that I would like to replace with patterned glass to gain more natural light in my studio apartment. No need for insulation or double glazed glass. Offcuts or even perspecs would be fine to use. Not fussed on type of glass or professional finish. Thanks :)

Door frame has a crack needs replacing

After the installation of a new screen door, we are keen to fix the plastering around the door frame.

I had 3 mirrors (2000mm H x 2315mm W) installed side by side in my lounge room three months ago. They used multiple rolls of mirror tape but unfortunately it wasn’t strong enough and came away from the wall. They came back and added more tape but it came away again. I need someone with the skills and tools to affix them to the wall securely, perhaps with wooden framing drilled into the wall.

Reattach two wooden bannisters on staircase and replace 4 doorknobs on interior doors I have the replacement wood and the doorknobs.

Keen to find a carpenter / handy man to finish the job. Plaster is required around the door both at the front and back of the door plus fix the step up and make water tight at the front. Material costs will be additional (we will pay), thanks

The lock itself is still in place. I just need the timber on the other side to be replaced so that the door can be secure again.

Need to replace the cord on this outdoor cantilever umbrella. The cord needs to be threaded back through the poles and re-attached to the handle. The umbrella is screwed to a post so will need two people to take it down. I have purchased the replacement cord.

With rains, water damage around window. I know where the water came in. Need to check that wood is okay and seal it.

Wardrobe sliding door is off track

It looks like the pulley cord that expands the umbrella up when you wind the handle has come away and needs reattaching.
