Provide and install a garage door lock mechanism for a walk up apartment pull down garage door. My current automatic garage door has stopped working and looking to convert just to a manual pull down lock up garage door. Looking for an experienced garage door repairman or technician how can provide an install the correct horizontal rod locking mechanism.

One of the top rollers is damaged and the bottom guides are worn out. The door is hard to slide and when the door is closed, there is a large gap between the doors that is causing leakage during the shower.

The hinge is broken, basically it's a long wire that connects at the top and fits into a plastic but at the bottom. But the plastic thing is broken so the door is difficult to open and close or just falls down as in the picture

The glass+aluminium sliding door that leads to the balcony in my apartment has broken. Have just had new carpet put in and now the doors are catching as the carpet is more plush than the previous. Need assistance from someone with the right tools and knowledge to take the doors off the hinges (2 x doors) and plane/sand the bottom of the doors so they no longer catch and then re-hang the doors.
