The glass+aluminium sliding door that leads to the balcony in my apartment has broken. The rollers need to be replaced, these will need to be suited for a door that size and weight (can’t be nylon) The aluminium vertical frame has separated from the bottom extrusion and needs to be fixed back in place. Potentially resealing and silicon fixed. The bolt lock may need to be removed and reinstalled to undergo the repair to the frame. Track cleaned and silicon oiled. I can provide photos. Have just had new carpet put in and now the doors are catching as the carpet is more plush than the previous. Need assistance from someone with the right tools and knowledge to take the doors off the hinges (2 x doors) and plane/sand the bottom of the doors so they no longer catch and then re-hang the doors.

Hi, given that Brisbane seems to have stopped, I thought it would be a great time to see if someone wants to do a relatively small rendering job in my kitchen. I need a the inside of a water damaged window repaired. The size of the window is 1470 high x 1200 wide. Plus finish off the 50mm above the window to the ceiling with a square set finish, and about 300 in along the wall to the right of the window…see photos attached. Ideally it would be great to get this done before the kitchen installation continues on Tuesday. Please provide a quote. Cheers!
