Hi Team, I have an investment property in the Epping suburb of Melbourne that is currently tenanted and requires a few minor repairs. Please find the list of items below and provide a quote. 1.) Front wooden door lock not working, the tongue isn’t moving. It locks the renter out. We believe the barrel needs changing. 2.) Bedroom 1 door just opens when you shut it. 3.) Main Bathroom door does the same thing as bedroom 4.) Laundry internal door to be trimmed down, doesn’t shut. 5.) Kitchen cupboards hinges need fixing or replacing. 6.) Rangehood has no globes. 7.) Need replacement of walkway door frames front and back The photo with the window, the circled bit need just that piece replaced The photo of the laundry door, they only cut the bottom of the frames as seen on the photo.
