Extract screw which has a damaged head and need to use a screw extractor and install a door hinge

Installation of two doors required in my basement. The walls are brick, and openings exist in the brick walls for both doors, opposite each other. The floor is concrete. I can source/buy door frame materials and doors if it will be cheaper to do. I am open to options for type of doors.

Electric garage door not opening or closing. Suspect it needs a new back up battery (approx $100)

Repair fly screen security door. The security fly screen has started to come loose in sections and the fly screen may need to be replaced.

Wanting someone to remove outdoor basketball ring/base. Is a portable basketball ring. The bolts that anchor the base are rusted and broken, making it unstable. Happy to pay $50 for its removal.
