I have all the doors and hardware. We require 4 internal doors fit and 3 external doors fit with hardware etc. Assuming some trimming required and the interior doors will need to sit 8mm from the floor as we are having new flooring installed over the top of the current.

The single-story flat property is located in Coombabah, Gold Coast, QLD, and the tiles are on-site and ready to go. The tiles are 300x300 and will all need to be cut to approximately 100 mm in width to fit under the five sliding doors, replacing the existing tiles. The project is immediately available, with access now, and needs to be completed by either today (Saturday) or Sunday morning. One of the windows will need some bedding about 3 bricks wide (see photo) Happy to pay much more than this price but need to accept a price so we can talk about the job!!
