Roller door is stuck. Believe, spring is stuck and needs to be replaced. Door isn't going down but can do up.

Window frame needs to be repaired per pictures provided. Parts of the windows per photos have been rotten so need to repair those parts or replace them.

Apply glue and a couple of screws to a corner joint of frame as shown in picture. Requires to access from the roof.

I am hoping to install a medium sized dog door into a panel with an outer wood border and internal glass. The panel measures 2030x 690mm The current internal glass measures 1720x 415mm The glass panel begins 170mm off the floor. I have a puppy, who is going to grow into a small-medium dog. As such I am concerned that the current glass begins too too high up for her to be able to use a dog door easily, I am hoping that someone may be able to provide a quote on reducing the wood border at the base so that the glass begins lower ~60-70mm off the ground, and is then able to install toughened glass with a medium sized dog door in this panel.

I will be removing 3 window ACs and need the inside plastered up and ready for painting. There are also 6 down light holes that need filling and roughly 3 extraction fan holes in the roof that need to be filled. No painting required.
