The Job: The task is to replace the entire broken handle set with a new, similar unit to make the door safe and functional again. The scope of work includes: 1. Assessing the door and the damage to the screw holes. 2. Supplying a new, like-for-like replacement door handle set. The required style is a black, L-shaped lever handle on a round rose (as seen in the photos). 3. Carefully removing any remaining parts of the old hardware. 4.
