Broken window winder needs fixing - window wont close

The window winder needs to be repaired or replaced; when you turn the handle, the window doesn't move.

Our apartment is on the 5th floor, and due to the weight of the window, the repair may require two people. I have a window handle that broke off where the screws are. I need a handy man to screw the handle back in to place as I can’t do it myself :)

The mechanism to roll up / down a window screen (not a blind) seems broken. That needs repairing/ replacement For clarity, what has happened is that the ⛓️ chain used to pull the screen up or down has dislodged itself from its housing causing it to run free and the screen, of course, not moving up or down

We have gaps around one of our windows, which needs to be sealed. Our bathroom hand towel rails need to be tightened up, and the shower door seal need replacing. I think there are two or three other tasks around the house, in addition to these, so probably just need an hourly rate and availability, plus minimum call out time.
