We are seeking a skilled set builder to construct 25 x theatre flats for an upcoming film shoot. Design plans and layout have been attached. Requirements: Dimensions: Standard flats as per attached design (2.4m tall) Quantity: 25 total Special Builds: 1 x flat with a framed opening for a window (no actual window needed) 1 x flat with a working door (we can supply the door if needed, just need the frame built in) 4 x flats must be fully self-standing without standard braces, as both sides will be visible on camera. We are considering metal legs or a base with wheels to make these easily movable for use in multiple scenes. Notes: All flats need to be sturdy, transportable, and suitable for use in a studio film environment. Have attached an example of a film set flat for context

Painting internal 2 bedroom unit appx 62 sqm - - walls - doors - door frames - 1 linen cupboard - window frames - ceilings (ceiling has been resurfaced from vermiculite ceilings to a smooth ceiling) All painting and ceilings will need to be painted to the ASNZS standard to ensure they are properly sealed. To use Primer Sealer Undercoat then double coats painting (paint will be provided) Recommended painting for ceilings as shown in photo

My windows frame is leaking only when it rains and it seems the rain water drops onto the horizontal stud on top the window frame and then flow thru to the window frame. Please see photos. This occuring in two rooms so which are facing outside, where there is an issue with drainage so there is excess water flow at this current time. Window frame is 39 inches across. Both exact same measurements I believe. Would love someone to come ASAP to inspect, replace frame.

I have 2 timber windows 1.8m x 1m that need to be sanded and some surfaces need paint to be removed. The job will be paid by the hour and all tools required will be proivded. The job needs to be done between Tuesday 11th and Friday 15th starting at 9am. Job will be paid as a day rate of $250 and should take approx 6 hours.

I have 5 western red cedar flyscreens that need mesh replaced and i need supplied 1 aluminium frame (col bronze or brown) with mesh. Frames are 20 plus years old so care needs to be taken. Photos to follow and have measurements on them. Thanks

Original window frame needs to be removed and replaced. This is a small window: Sill 800 mm Lintel 730 mm Uprights 370 mm Window is 2.4m above the ground. Job is to remove old sill, lintel, uprights and beading. Replace with new timber/beading primed ready for painting. Existing leadlight panel to be re-installed in frame. I've put $100 on this job but I know it will be more. - Due date: Flexible

This timber window frame needs to be resanded/finished. It’s exterior and in first floor. There’s not access to window frame via the window. Will need tall ladder etc - Due date: Flexible
