I require a technician to come and look at my washing machine. It continues to run water even when the cycle reaches the spin stage.

My washing machine is displaying the ‘close the stopcock’ fault and ‘check the drainage system fault’. We have tried the whole turn the water off, tilt the washing machine forward, manually draining and restarting, check that the pump is still working etc, but nothing.
