My front loader washing machine is having a drainage issue - I think something might be stuck in the hose or something and not sure how to get it off to have a look, just want someone who is experienced to have a suss and hopefully help fix the issue if there is one. As not sure how big an issue it could potentially be, initially just want someone to check it out and assess and then go from there :) (already cleaned out the filter and flushed out house etc) thank you!

Need help finishing the setup of a front-loading washing machine (Akai 6kg). The machine fills with water but won’t drain (error E03). The drum is now full of water, so it looks like the drain hose isn’t connected properly under the sink. I have had this fixed before and it’s a simple fix. I just can’t remember what the previous person did. An error code of E3 is coming up and the washing machine won’t work. From my memory it has something to do with the lid not closing properly. Took the guy 5 mins to fix last time
