Have just moved in to a new rental and need help connecting my washing machine

My washing machine is showing the F23 error is it a Hisense machine. I’ve followed basic fix techniques online but it seems like it requires having someone look at it. I would like to have someone come and look at it, and depending on cost (I’m on a budget) repair it

ASKO Washer and dryer are in position but not connected. Washing machine inlet pipe needs to be tightened/checked as I tried to install myself and some water leaked out. The dryer has been set up to use the condenser tray in the previous house but I now want to have this set up to drain the water out to the waste pipe.

Our Baumatic 7.5kg washing machine stopped during the process, and door was locked while showing E11 error code on the screen. It`s an old one I cannot find what mode it is. We tried: Unplugged power for 8 hours, completed a cycle, removed and cleaned filter. Did not work at all.

We urgently need a washing machine connected in our new house. I’ve attached photos to show all the connection points, and what we have. Not sure if this is everything required. Also would require a 70mm hole saw to get connection through joinery.
