Our toilet is clogged and seems to be connected to the washing machine, so both have stopped working. Need a plumber to identify and fix the issue

In need for a licensed plumber to set up plumbing for a washing machine in a one-bedroom apartment in Edgecliff, Sydney. Task includes: - Drilling a hole through a wooden panel for drain and water hoses. - Connecting to existing hot/cold water lines and drain in a cupboard. - ensuring all other related drainage etc is compliant and connected. Eg. Installing a standpipe or P-trap for drainage. - Ensuring all connections are sealed and compliant with local codes. The washing machine will go where the white drawers are located in the attached photos. The portable ac unit will sit on top of the washing machine. Work needed ASAP before purchasing the machine.
