Our Haier washing machine has stopped spinning—the drum doesn’t rotate at all during the cycle. It still powers on, fills with water, and drains normally, but there’s no movement. We suspect it could be a motor issue, most likely the carbon brush needs to be changed. We were advised by another repairer that it’s likely a carbon brush issue, but they can’t assist as they only work on the west side of Melbourne.
