Simpson wasing machine, water level sensor not working and overflows during set washing cycle.

Removalist has setting up my washing machine, it says check filter and once checked and remove all the water still unable to reset and make it works. I believe it’s plugged in the wrong way since it’s not draining.

Am doing a laundry renovation and need a licensed plumber to cap off and drop the laundry taps down into the new cabinet to allow for a mixer tap, and also need the washing machine points dropped down so that they will be hidden underneath the new bench top that is going in. I'm getting a E18 error on my Bosch Serie 4 washing machine when I was trying to do a 15 mins quick wash. Prior to that I was doing Mixed load wash and the fuse has tripped hence the washing has stopped in the middle of the process. I've reset fuse and tried to finish up the cleaning with quick wash, however I got E18 error. I have checked the pump filter and it is clear.
