Paint concrete floor of verandah (600 x 200) and bathroom 340 x 260. Paint colour bond fence (8 panels, each 240)

One beam on the back verandah is damaged. Will need removing and disposal from property. Then replace with a new beam, which I have, may need cutting to size.

- Supply and install verandah fence on far end only between wall on left hand side and post on right hand side. - Does not need painting but in state/prepped for painting in future. OFFER for initial assessment and site visit. Have timber verandah 20sqm. Need to dig down into retaining base (easy as its loose pavers and sand) and reinforce posts as needed to salvage structure and allow it to carry roof to be installed. Then some beams need replacing, new bolts needed. General refurbishing and strengthening. Also sanding down to natural timber and seal. All materials to be purchased by owner. Roof will be transparent polycarbonate sheets size flexible to adjust to standard sizing available. The grid like balustrade sheets dont require refurbishing and will be discarded.

Front Verandah of the house -scrape and then light sand front verandah and then repaint in the same colour (green). I will supply the paint. Floor area is approximately 30 square meters. There will be enough paint for 2 coats, and paint dries enough for second coat in 2 hours. - Due date: Before Monday, 3 July 2023

Verandah needs to be tiled so new deck can butt up to the front edge of the verandah. I have bought tiles that are 600x600 and the verandah is 5.5m x2.3m. I have also bought grout but no other materials. Also unsure on the cost so have added nominal budget. - Due date: Flexible

Need job to be completed by Friday 12th November 2021 Painting of all timber of front verandah and attached window awing and front concrete face of Gardern bed beneath verandah . The dimensions are - verandah L6 x D2.5m and window awning L4.5 x D1m concrete face 3m x 1m Primer Paint and topcoat is provided. All other painting-equipment to be supplied by contractor. Site clean up expected and all painting equipment cleanup to occur off-site. This entails. Painting of roof rafters from gutters to house, patio posts above concrete pillars, outside and inside face of patio area, outside bargeboard on left side when facing house, facia board to centre only of a-frame above front window roof left side of house. Removal of cobwebs using cobweb brush of all a-frame area above roof of left front window. Minor Spot sanding and flaky paint removal as required. All areas will be sugar soaped and dry prior job. Ready for preparation and painting. Primer Paint needed for undercoat All other painting-equipment to be supplied by contractor.
