Hello team, I require someone to remove the glue on the corners here off the tiles and roll up the Astro turf. Pretty simple job, I’m just time poor

I need someone to take the glue off the balcony that had astroturf on it. It’s just on the corners and need a scraper and glue removal then to place all the turf in the garage it shouldn’t take too long

The white timber of my Verandahs … both the posts and the the roof are in need of a good clean, I am on a pension and can no longer do it myself

Remove rotten lower verandah rails, replace with new ones and paint to match existing. Not a huge job, only a few rails to replace. Just time poor at the moment.

Replace 3x verandah posts and repair water damaged soffit/potential part of framing depending on how bad the water damage is. I don't expect it to be fixed for the price listed come have a look and give me a proper indication

Restore trims to base of verandah posts where they meeting decking. Also replace fence palings.

Require the installation of a wall-mount lock box

I have half painted these railings so need them finished and the top rail painted aswell. Most of the back of the pailings needs doing and not pictured is a small gate that needs doing on both sides. I have paint.
