Paint underside of front verandah on house. 2 X Coats. Approximately 2.1m X 8.5m (18m²) in Monument colour. Paint sub battens in Lexicon 1/2. Paint provided. Brushes not provided.

Verandah has been grinded to remove carpet glue. The bedroom downstairs has also been grinded to remove glue. There is an area where the concrete isn't quite level in the bedroom. The one tile repair is at the back door, it is missing a half tile.

Remove timber and replace 10 x 3 front verandah low set cottage.

We would like our front and rear upstairs verandahs sanded and stained, each one is 16sqm (2m x 8m). They are in pretty good condition and need to be sanded and have a couple of coats of Intergrain natural stain. I can supply the Intergrain stain.

We require our timber stairs, including the balastrades and slats, re-painting (two colours). No priming or sanding required. We have the paint.

The existing timber verandah railings are rotting and need to be replaced. The existing design is upright timber with a breadloaf along the top. The posts are ok. Flooring is timber. We want a simple criss cross pattern. Not sure of the material to be used whether to go with timber again or aluminium, depending on pricing. It's a long verandah with returns at each end.

I have a security screen I need fitted to my front door and some security bars I need fitted to my verandah. I need a security door for my verandah which i have not got. I also need a security screen fitted for my back door which i have not got but could buy if necessary. I of course will pay for the doors if you could acquire ones that are suitable. To assemble 1 x Livsip Classic Outdoor Storage Cabinet - 65 x 37 x 173cm purchased from Harvey Norman. I have the assembly instructions booklet.

We will have the areas rust removed and prepped then we need the sheeting installed to prevent further rust damage. The quote would need to include the underneath of each balcony and all surrounding walkways on the two bottom levels of the building.

Needing quotes to build a front and back verandah with stairs onto a post-war high set house. The front of the house is approx 2.4m high and the back is 3m high. I have most of the decking timber needed for the decking itself but I am still needing to purchase other materials such as stumps, stringers and treads for 1 verandah,and more ( to be discussed when quoting job). There are other projects needing to be done eg fencing, concrete pad,retaining walls, etc if Interested. The front verandah will need a roof but not the back verandah.
