The back verandah needs sanding and then staining and sealing. The front verandah probably just needs stain/seal.

We are looking at getting an old deck/verandah repaired that has some rot and deterioration. This includes the handrails and stairs too. We also have a set of stairs out the back that need some repairs to as well. The front deck is approximately 3.5m x 1.5m. We will be repainting so no stain or paint required.

Provide materials and install a standard colourbond corrugated iron roof 4.950CM long X 1.6M wide A timber deck 4.950CM long X 1.6M wide with a drop to the ground of roughly 1 to 1.5 metres deep. Current step can be utilised and placed to the left of the new deck. I'm open to providing the materials and a getting a quote to do the installation. Wanting this completed between 5th to 21 December.

Need slats painted on verandah

Verandah railing needs repair. Taster needs to put battens back in place and secure to railing.

Clean verandah - remove cobwebs, leaves, wash dirt, stains etc. Including all parts (floor, walls, ceiling, balustrade, handrails, lights etc).

I have an aluminium gate 97.5cm W 90cm H to be attached to my front verandah which is 107cm W. I also need hinges and latch that I can lock.

We need to fix or replace the ceiling in the front of our house. From house movement it has cracked and fallen slightly. Might be able to screw back up and patch.

You supply equipment and sand veranda. Front 9M x 2M & Side 6M x 2.5M approx. Just sand not varnishing.

Task: Replace decking on shallow 19.5mtr verandah ( 270 boards x 1.8m) using Merbau Decking 70 x 19mm Set Lengths (there is one corner). Please supply Merbau, fixings and labour. - Due date: Needs to be done by Friday, 22 April 2022
