Install a roof on the existing verandah and enclose walls. Measurements approx 248cm x 613cm. Floor to bottom of gutter 228cm. We have a lot of color bond sheets available which might be suitable for the roof. There is an existing frame that can be built upon. Would like to enclose the area with windows and a door so it can be utilized all year round. It would be ideal to use recycled materials where possible (add this cost to your quote) Feel free to ask questions to clarify. * Area in the pic is defined with a wooden frame (waist height). Two bulbs need replacing under my verandah. One is a standard bayonet fitting and the other a standard screw in. Please replace them for just the lowest watt warm bulbs you can find.
