Paint underside of front verandah on house. 2 X Coats. Approximately 2.1m X 8.5m (18m²) in Monument colour. Paint sub battens in Lexicon 1/2. Paint provided. Brushes not provided.

We would like our front and rear upstairs verandahs sanded and stained, each one is 16sqm (2m x 8m). They are in pretty good condition and need to be sanded and have a couple of coats of Intergrain natural stain. I can supply the Intergrain stain.

Wrap fairy lights around 2 under-verandah rafters. Each about 2 metres long. Job will require a ladder.

Sand back and stain side and front verandah floors - each verandah is roughly 8m x 2.5m - about 3/4 is grey weathered timber which I’ve brought back before using gurney, remaining 25% is protected from elements and not that bad.

Replace 1 vertical timber paling in my railing on my deck

Restore trims to base of verandah posts where they meeting decking. Also replace fence palings.

The corner of the sail needs to be secured

I have previously sikkens the front verandah and not re-coated it in time. It now requires a light sand to remove the deteriorated sikkens product. The verandah area is about 19 square meters. I am only after a price to sand the deck.

A section approx 3.5 m need a replacement bottom rail and replacement posts

The back verandah steps down to the garden only have a banister on one side, leaving the other side exposed. This is dangerous and not to code. I need to have the other banister installed in such a way as to match the rest of the staircase. Building is a queenslander and the staircase is timber.

I put a Lockwood lock on my verandah door but I can not get it to lock without leaving the key in it … fairly pointless really

Apply 2 coats of white external paint semi gloss to front verandah balustrade, posts, and, side cladding purlins and lintels and lattice. Exclude house facade.

Someone to sand my front verandah, ready for oiling. It is 13 sqm (2.2mx5.9m). It’s up a flight of stairs. You will need to bring your own sander. It was previously varnished, some has worn off already. I will oil it myself afterwards.

I have a return verandah needing a recoating (2 coats) of Sikkens Cetol Deck - the verandah is 40m2 in total. The deck is in good condition but the outside board (20m in total under the balustrade) is more weathered and will require coating by paint brush. I will clean the deck and have the Cetol Deck here. Panels that join our roof from the verandah to the house are damaged and need to be replaced. We are looking to obtain a quote for someone to replace the panels to prevent water leaking onto the verandah decking. - Due date: Flexible

We need to replace the decorative verandah railing due to the damage from our dogs. The top railing and the middle rose is fine. However the rest is cactus. It is just the one panel the others are fine.
