I have an infrared sauna. The door is loose and air is coming in, which affects the sauna’s performance. I’m looking for someone experienced in infrared sauna repairs or skilled with electrical appliance / wooden enclosure repairs who can: Inspect and fix the sauna door so it seals properly Ensure no air leaks while in use Advise if any parts need replacement and source locally if possible Please note: I don’t have the exact model details, so experience with various sauna brands is preferred. I’m based in Sydney and would like someone who can come on-site to assess and repair.

Would like the hang this mirror on gyprock wall. Behind the gyprock is brick so it needs masonry bolts/screws weight 16kg

This is for a restaurant that didn't start. A gyprock wall was made for kitchen space. This needs to be remove to bring the shop back to what it was. This gyprock wall has metal base inside. Cables were placed too for few power sockets. All of these need to be removed and bring it back to without this wall. The length of the wall is 587cm in length and 285cm in width. I am attaching the pictures of the wall from outside, inside of that room, power sockets that were attached and the metal base before the gyprock wall was made. Jobs that need to be done here are as follows. - Remove the gyprock wall carefully. power sockets to be removed as well. - Bring the cable out and put it back to roof. - Take off the metal base. - Finish up the roof so that it looks plain as the wall was not here. After the above jobs, I will also need to paint the entire wall to be white. If you can do that job too, let me know. I have separate task for it.

Fix hole in gyprock ceiling sheet in a kitchen, it's about 40+ cm see photo. May need to replace all/part of gyprock sheet, plaster/make smooth again so it's not noticeable.

Tiles were removed from the wall on right side, which was then rendered to even out the surface and waterproofed for tiling. Surface is not flush with original wall and needs to be ground down and smoothed out as we are not tiling that side any more.
