Find experienced local tradies in Bassendean WA

I have a small wall under my kitchen counter that I’d like covered with Gyprock. The space is 1955mm x 860mm, my aim is to cover gap between the counter top and the wall underneath. I’d like someone who is suitably skilled to supply the Gyprock and install it. Please see the photos. Please note the long piece of skirting is not fixed to the wall.

Fill gaps/ holes from previous a/c attachment and wall ports. Also fix the broken part of the ceiling. Can send more photos as cannot upload much on the app.

NEED GYPROCKER Had a no-show, chasing a reliable gyprocker to complete the job. Room size: 6.3m x 4.8m (approx. 30m²) Scope of work: • Finish cladding plasterboard to brick walls • Flush, install cornice, and sand • Must be ready for painting when complete Site is prepped and ready to go. Looking for someone who can start ASAP.

Plastering a couple of small spots in kitchen and also up the top near ceiling around the room. Professional plasterer required please.

Replace lock; a few other odd jobs

Gyprock ceiling needs to be repaired in Alfresco. and Manhole installed in Garage. I will pay/supply for meterials. no painting required. tasks should take 4hrs

Plaster/render and white set two ends of walls where other half high wall was removed. Use steel angle corners. Must match in with existing plaster works. See image below

need front verandah decking pressure washed with cleaning product provided. then need to stain a few days later when dry. might need a double coat? stain provided. - Due date: Flexible

Sand finish render to outside walls. House is in bassendean. Photos attached.

We have put 4 guitar hangars on a timber beam (x2) and need that beam to be installed into the gripit wall anchors we have in the wall. - Due date: Flexible

My company ALLOY DESIGN PTY LTD requires an experienced casual employee for 8 weeks to assist installing handrails, balustrades and custom metal architectural structures. - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 22 March 2023

Require cement render to bricked up window, approx 1.2x1,2m. The brickwork does have two pipes in front on the right side, these can be bent away from the wall a little, enough to get a trowel/float under, but that’s about it. I’m happy to pick up cement and sand, but don’t have any tools. Would prefer an early start (7:00am/7:30am) or after 4:30pm. Please see pics of brickwork taken in the process of bricking up. Brickwork is now complete. Bassendean area. - Due date: Flexible
