I am looking for an experienced renderer to apply a smooth cement render finish to an external brick wall. Task Details: • Total Surface Area: Approximately 115 m2 More or less • Brick Type: Standard face brick with a textured "splatter" finish (see attached photos). • Finish Required: Smooth, professional cement render finish, ready for painting. • What I’m looking for This task : 1. Supply all materials (sand, cement, lime/plasticiser, and bonding agents). 2. Install PVC or metal corner beads for all external corners. 3. Ensure all weep holes (if applicable) remain clear and functional. 4. Apply render coats to achieve a flat, level surface over the textured bricks. 5. Full clean-up and removal of render splashes/debris from the site. • Please provide examples of your previous work or a link to your portfolio.
