I have purchased a new toilet seat that I want replaced. I also want a general clean of the apartment (not end of lease level)

The toilet seat is loose, believe only need to replace the hinges, the seat itself is fine

I bought a new seat (black seat in photos) for a relatively new toilet before realising that all the screws are concealed within the system. I need someone to change the seat for me and show me how. Hinge / bolts snapped on soft close toilet seat. Supplier sent replacement parts that didn’t work. Will need you to bring own hinge parts to secure seat to basin Toilet is a villeroy & Boch subway 2.0 wall faced toilet Edit: I would prefer to keep the same seat, unless the proposed new seat is equally as nice. The sliding doors of the wardrobe are misaligned from the rails. If possible to adjust them properly. Also the toilet seat is not connected on one side of the seat to the bowl with a screw. See photos
