Tile kitchen and laundry.

Prepare and paint living room ceiling, cornices and top of the walls. Ceiling paint and wall paint supplied. Needs sanding of walls where old cornices were. 6x4.5m room with small kitchen area. Painting of bathroom tiles, on walls and floor. White walls and grey floor. Paint not supplied.

We have just had old floor tiles removed from my kitchen (approx. 2.5m x 2.5m). The floor needs to be levelled and prepped before new kitchen cabinets are installed. The surface is concrete - see photos. Need assistance from someone experienced with floor levelling / gridning to make the floor smooth and even, for cabinet installation. Can be done today (16 Oct) or tomorrow (17 Oct)

I need my crazy brick paving to be regrouped. It will require someone to also remove the grout and replace with new grout. As shown in the last picture.

I need a new toilet and also want to take the opportunity to remove the current tiles and replace them with simple white tiles and skirting. Small toilet in a ground floor apartment. I need someone who can remove the current tiles and toilet, prepare everything for re-timing, and then install the new tiles and toilet. I’ll supply the tiles, grout, and toilet.
