You will prepare the surface and lay new grout between existing tiles and supply all necessary materials and tools. Need a licensed tiler for bathroom/laundry renovation in ground floor apartment. Must be able to provide license details for strata. Preparation & Screeding • Supply sand, cement, and materials to screed bathroom floor with correct falls to floor waste (walk-in shower with half-screen, no hob). • Ensure substrate is clean, level, and ready for tiling. • Supply adhesive and self-levelling spacers. 2. Floor Tiling • Tile entire bathroom floor with 600x600 travertine-look porcelain tiles. • Ensure falls to the floor waste in shower area. • Grout floor with mid-grey grout. 3. Wall Tiling • Tile all walls with 600x600 travertine-look porcelain tiles from floor to ceiling (2.15m). • Vanity wall to be tiled with white kit-kat tiles to full height. • Grout walls with matching grout colours (grey for travertine, white for kit-kat). 4. Fixtures & Openings • Provide neat tile cuts and finishes around toilet, washer/dryer stack niche, vanity, and shower screen channel. Mitred corners for shower shelf • Allow for plumbing penetrations (toilet waste, mixers, shower head, basin, washer taps). 5. Finishing • Apply silicone to all wall/floor junctions, corners, and penetrations for a waterproof finish. Notes • Tiles supplied by owner. • Licensed tiler required.

I need to remove 4x damaged bath tiles. I will also need you to reinstall with new tiles - all tiles provided. Bath tiles will need to be cut to size.
