Substrate preparation and screeding already completed. Scope of Remaining Works 1. Floor Tiling (Completion) • Complete tiling of remaining bathroom floor areas with 600x600 travertine-look porcelain tiles. • Maintain and confirm correct falls to the floor waste in the shower area. • Ensure tile alignment and consistent grout joints with existing laid tiles. • Grout entire bathroom floor with ivory grout. 2. Wall Tiling (Completion) • Complete tiling of all remaining bathroom walls with 600x600 travertine-look porcelain tiles from floor to ceiling (2.15m). • Complete vanity wall in white kit-kat tiles to full height, ensuring consistent spacing and alignment with existing installed kit-kat tiles. • Grout travertine-look wall tiles with ivory grout. • Grout kit-kat tiles with white grout. 3. Fixtures, Niches & Openings • Complete neat tile cuts and finishes around all penetrations and fixtures, including: • Toilet waste • Vanity plumbing • Shower mixer and shower head • Washer/dryer connections • Shower screen channel • All external corners, niche edges, shelves, and visible tile edges to be finished with mitred edges (no aluminium trims). 4. Finishing • Apply silicone to all wall-to-floor junctions, internal corners, and plumbing penetrations for a waterproof and clean finish. • Clean tiles and remove excess grout, spacers, and debris on completion. Notes • All tiles supplied by owner. • Waterproofing and screeding have already been completed and are excluded from this scope.

Regrout floor and re silicon shower drain

Existing grout on tiles has faded. Require new grout to be installed (maintaining existing tiles). You will prepare the surface and lay new grout between existing tiles and supply all necessary materials and tools. Area is approximately 3.7x3.3 (x2) See photos of bathroom and kitchen - only floor tiles need be grouted.

I need to remove 4x damaged bath tiles. I will also need you to reinstall with new tiles - all tiles provided. Bath tiles will need to be cut to size.
