We have two showers that need the floor grout replacing and one of them also needs the two walls grout replacing.

Looking for an experienced, professional tiler to remove and replace 9 cracked white wall tiles and 1 decorative feature tile in my bathroom. I don’t have spare tiles – you’ll need to supply matching tiles. If the decorative tile can’t be sourced, I’m open to keeping the existing feature tile. Job must include careful removal, surface prep, re-tiling, grouting, and neat silicone finish. Please quote for labour + tile supply and include examples of previous tiling work.

We have some cracked and loose tiles around our pool area that need replacing and also one on our upstairs patio. We have the tiles already. Pool fencing and balustrade would need to be removed to complete job.

Cleaning and Surface Preparation: • Vacuum or brush out loose debris and dust from grout joints. • Clean tile surfaces and grout lines thoroughly to ensure proper adhesion of new grout. • Allow surfaces to dry completely before proceeding. 4. Application of New Grout: • Apply new waterproof, mould-resistant grout suitable for bathrooms. • Ensure grout is evenly applied and joints are filled smoothly. • Wipe excess grout from tile surfaces without smearing. 5. Finishing and Final Clean-up: • Buff tiles after grout has set to remove any haze or residue. • Dispose of grout waste and clean up the work area completely. • Leave bathroom in a neat, tidy, and usable condition. Optional (please quote separately if applicable): Apply silicone sealant between tile edges and fittings (e.g. at floor-to-wall or tub-to-wall junctions).

I need someone who can tile a small fireplace with large porcelain tiles - will take about 8 tiles and corners edges have to be mitred if possible - 1.65m2 total area - top, sides and front.
