2x shower re-grout and chalking

Recently found some cracked and missing grout around a couple of the floor tiles in my shower floor Looking for a repair to the existing grout, or regrouting the entire floor area (only if necessary, due to budget constraints). Need to colour match as much as possible to the existing grout colour, as those floor tiles continue to the rest of the non-wet area of my bathroom I don't see any other grout damage to the surrounding walls, so just looking for a re-seal to the floor (I can see a small section missing) The floor aread is approx 1.9m L x 0.8m W

I am having my kitchen renovated and I require someone to do the splashback. I need assistance understanding how much and what type of tile to purchase also (which I will pay for separately).I am unsure what type of tiles I want to use - I am open to suggestion! The old tiles will be removed by my cabinet maker during demolition. The cabinetry is going in in August. Tiling can occur anytime after that in September or October - exact date TBC. Note: the photos show the taps on the splashback but the renovated kitchen will not have this feature (taps will be on the bench top as part of the sink).

We are needing to replace the colour of our current splashbacks in our clinic rooms. We would like to use black perspex. X6 peices in total We need them cut and installed i can provide measurements

I have the tiles - I just need them to be layed Toilet basin and grease trap will be removed prior. It will be an empty canvas. Previous tiles will remain but be cleaned.

We need repairs to two exterior walls of sandstone cladding. Upstairs: Sections of the grouting to be replaced (not all), tiles secured and the wall resealed. (Area is 3.5 x 4m approx) Downstairs: Only the area which is not undercover (see pics) also needs aections of the grouting to be replaced (not all), tiles secured and the wall resealed. Experienced tradesman with sandstone repairs sought.

Demolish and remove existing porch sandstone pavers and take away rubble.  • slight grinding and levelling to existing concrete slab • Supply and install two new concrete steps at front and side of porch • Supply and install new external 300 x 600 x 20 bluestone pavers to steps, risers around porch and front facing border with bullnose edges for all exposed edges.  • Supply and install new white and black checkerboard porcelain tiles to porch surface with border around (prefer larger sized tiles approx 100mm each)  • Supply and install matching grout and silicone as required • Supply and install water based sealer to bluestone paver edges

I have two showers that need regrouting and replace silicone seals
