Temporary Fence Installation – 120 Panels + 120 Star Pickets Scope of Work • Install 120 temporary fence panels (2.1m high x 2.4m wide) • Install 120 star pickets (1.8m high) • Drive star pickets into the ground at correct spacing and approx. 450mm depth, or until firmly secured • Secure each panel to each picket using: – Tie wire – 2 clamps per post • Ensure the fence line is straight, stable, and level across a sloping block. • Refer to the site plan for all fence line dimensions, layout, and boundary alignment. • Clean up all wire offcuts, packaging, and debris on completion. Tools Required (bring your own) • Post driver (manual or petrol) • Nippers & wire twisters • Pliers and general fencing tools • Level • 130-metre tape measure to confirm distances and verify positions against the site plan (White survey pegs/stakes are already in the ground) • 17mm socket, spanner, or impact driver with 17mm socket (for clamps) • PPE (gloves, boots, eye protection) What I’m Looking For • Reliable and capable workers • Experience with fencing, construction, or similar installation work • Ability to work efficiently and neatly • Ability to work safely • Good communication and attention to detail • Refer to the attached site plans and aerial markup plans for the full layout. I will supply 120 fencing panels, wire ties, 120 star posts, and 240 clamps. Any lost clamps or materials will be deducted from your payment. There will be more work on this property in the future.

Looking to get a quote for a gate to be supplied and installed. There's a decent number of obstructions around the place, but hopefully it should be doable. Preferred style would be to have a single swing gate for cars and a small pedestrian gate, which would bypass most/all of the obstructions, but open to alternatives such as double swing gates or sliding gates depending on cost. 'Happy to provide more detail as needed. PS: Site is currently lawn, but is scheduled to be concreted over in early August. Please advise if install is preferred to be done in lawn or concrete.
