My Internet is with Telstra. I’m using a Telstra modem and boosters. I also have a meshing system that I think might work better. I need someone to come and find tune my system and just make it work efficiently. I’m on the fastest speed that Telstra offers and it still doesn’t seem to be adequate and doesn’t reach around the house properly or upstairs to downstairs.

The customer reported an issue about technician services for their smart home system, specifically regarding an automatic lock that was not functioning properly.

We need a technician with a laptop for a internet cutover activity. Technician need to have a laptop with Ethernet Port and WIFI and a 4g hotspot. Tech is required to install a router in rack (already at site), switch over customer LAN to the new router (swap cable) and participiate in testing post the cutover. There is a studio we have that small business use for their clients. Now there is a new shed was recently built and since then, the studio can not get internet. Or even hotspot. I have no idea why. Bought a mesh router extender & it won’t connect. There is a main building where the router is positioned and want to connect the Netgear mesh extender to the outside studio. I have a client in Brisbane who needs a tech person to help them with occasional tech support starting with setting up and advising on their boardroom set up / logitech e-conferencing.
