We have had some tiling completed and need about an inch taken off the bottom of 2 timber doors so that they can be re-hung. Not a huge job, but I don’t have the tools to do it.

A porcelain benchtop is to be installed on top of a bricked inbuilt BBQ area. We need the area below the stone prepped to provide a level and stable base for the stone to sit on. Scope of works: Check the surface with a long straight edge or level to identify any high spots. Grind these down using a grinder with a diamond disc or similar.
