Hello I have a Solahart Solar Water Heater on my Roof. When I switch it to electricity it shorts the fuse. It's an old unit, don't know if there's a way to fix it without requiring replacement. I would say the element is out on it – there's a date on it 7/86 & a No: 518291 (or 513291) Josh

We currently have tthree additional Solar heating panels our roof that I would like to disconnect and move from their current position, while I get the roof repaired. Then have the three panels reconnectd in about 4 weeks time once the roof repair is finished. Happy to do as two seperate jobs, one now and one to reconnect after the roof repair. Straps over panels are screwed into tile, and need to be unscrewed to be released (cirlcled). Panels and piped circled in Blue need to be shifted while the roof repair takes place. Pool heating doesnt need to be run for this time, so doesnt need to be connected in the interim period. Easy direct access from bedroom window from which phot was taken. Thanks

The old pool solar is on the roof and is no longer required. That needs to be carefully removed without damaging the roof. Pipes run down from the roof to the filter that is under the house. Those pipes need to be removed as well. All material taken away.

found pipe leakage from the solar heating panel, need help to fix it...

The roof top solar pool heating tubing has a leak which we would like to repair. This job is for someone to get up onto the roof and inspect if it is possible to repair the water leak. The house is two storey so it requires a ladder to get up to inspect. Find attached picture of the tubing and roof. The salt water leakage is causing a drop in the pool level by around 1 inch per day (6 hrs running of the solar pump) and the leaking salt water has corroded the guttering which we will repair after the solar is fixed.
