Our office is on Hindley Street, Adelaide on the second floor so you will need to navigate a small flight of stairs. Job requires removal of items dumping and sweeping the space clean afterwards.

I need a handyman to safely remove and dispose of four wall-mounted/installed items from my home ASAP. All items need to come off cleanly with minimal wall damage where possible and the job includes disposal. Please note the fee is inclusive of dump costs. The jobs: 1. Floating shelves Remove one set of floating shelves secured with visible screws and brackets. Straightforward unscrew and removal. 2. Wall shelves Remove a second set of shelves that may be glued to the wall, or could have hidden cleats or screws underneath. Will need some investigation to figure out the best removal method. 3. Bike rack Unscrew a Rubbermaid wall-mounted bike rack from the garage wall. 4. Courtyard Irrigation system Unscrew/disconnect the irrigation system from the front courtyard. Please leave the hose and timer still connected to the tap, just remove the irrigation setup itself. Disposal included: Please take away and dispose of all removed items: *Both sets of shelves (+ all brackets/hardware) *Bike rack *Irrigation system Important: *All items removed carefully *Screws/brackets/hardware removed too *Happy for you to let me know if any patching is needed (patching not required as part of this job, just flag it) *BYO tools. They are worth well over a thousand each and have a removable cover if you want to wash them. From a well known brand that has been selling online for 20 years. One queen is in Prospect, 5082 and the other is in Cumberland Park, 5041. Need them picked up before weekend. Maybe Thursday or Friday. You could sell or keep them.
