We have some household hard waste that needs disposing of, probably a bit large for curbside collection (plus we’re moving so I’m tired and lazy). Bulky items are 1x 2.5 seater sofa and 1x glass topped outdoor table. Also other misc bags of rubbish and small furniture items as pictured.

Old water tank needs to be removed and disposed. It's steel 1200 l tank, emptied already. No need to re-connect or fix gutter. etc. It's quite heavy, possibly 3-4 men to lift and move away. Access to the tank is quite limited - clothesline area beside the house. Possibly the tank has to be cut apart - but this decision is up to you.
