I currently have a Huawei HG659 modem, I want someone who can install my new modem which is a tplink archer ax53 I have tried to get it to work but cannot, all the lights turn on the new modem except for the internet but it works when I go back to my old modem. Happy to pay only if someone can get it to work

This is a temporary solution, so the modem doesn’t need to be connected to NBN—just a standalone device that provides Wi-Fi via mobile data.

Hi All, I am looking for some one to set up the NBN Box & Modem for a family member who is unable to complete this themselves. Very simple install, just need to plug in all hardware then hook up the PC via ethernet cable from the router. May also need to validate the wifi is also working.

I’ve just moved into a new home and signed up to an internet provider, but opted to BYO modem and am having difficulty reconfiguring the modem to work with my new provider. I’m looking for someone who can reconfigure the modem for me.

Wifi drops out randomly at different times each day. I have newish mesh routers, new cat7 cable, upgraded to 100/40mbps, router is in a cool position, software updated. I am at a loss, it has been years. What else can I do??

Our TP link router has lost connection with our Telstra modem. I have tried troubleshooting solutions online but no luck. (Disconnecting both, restarting, back to factory settings , etc etc. Spent a couple of hours on it.) This is a job for an expert.

I just moved into my new home and had to arrange internet. I now have the modem and NBN box but it’s not working. I have multiple nbn ports in my wall, I connected to the first one, but the cord is designed to not unscrew. So I can’t try the others. Vodafone said they’d send out a technician on the 22nd of april, but it’s been a couple of weeks and need it sorted now 😅

My NBN Router is not powering up (White Box), I need it either repaired or replaced.

Have a new ER605 VPN router, and use Surfshark already. Want to use Surfshark VPN on the ER605, connected to the NBN modem, and downstream have two seperate networks with their own TPLink router, one for HA, and one for normal internet use.
