I have insulation in the roof most has been done and the bags are up there just need it to be finished. Also have some shelves I would like put up in my second bedroom but it is into plaster and no studs so difficult. Would like quote, don’t have an allocated budget.

We have a rangehood in recirculating mode that can be changed to work as a ducted system. We would like to duct the rangehood outside through the roof. This needs to be done according to the installation manual and to code to prevent leaks, etc.

I need a roofer to pressure wash gutters and down pipes, pressure wash some areas of lichen, plus check the general roof condition (potentially tightening screws, siliconing, checking/clearing blocked down pipes). The house has approximately 20m of gutter. Some appears to be clean while some has leaf litter. There are a few areas inside that appear to have minor leeks which could hopefully be fixed with silicon or cleared gutters. There is also an area that seems to be missing a down pipe, which may need to be installed. This is directly above a ground drain. Price assumes 3 hrs work. If the job ends up being bigger this could be adjusted.

I need 5 gables painted - 3 on the main house and 2 on the free-standing garage. If you look at attached images, I just want the red timber strips and steeples sanded and painted. No need to paint the white sections. There are 3 bigger gables on the main house, and 2 smaller gables on the free-standing garage. Also, while you're up on the roof you could give the white underside of one of the gables a clean, as its a bit dirty. And you could also give a small round skylight dome on the roof a clean. I have some paint left over from a previous paint (manor red), and I will supply whatever more is needed
