'm looking for an experienced and licensed Roof Plumber/Roofer to repair a residential Colourbond metal roof in Beaumont SA. A professional roof inspection has already been completed and I have a detailed inspection report with photos available. The report will be provided before inspection or quoting. The roof has experienced water ingress during heavy rain, and I am looking for permanent repairs rather than temporary silicone patching. Scope of Work • Replace damaged roof sheets with dents and tears. • Replace heavily corroded box gutters and box gutter sumps. • Install compliant overflow provisions/rain heads where required. • Replace deteriorated Dektite flashings and associated sealants. • Repair cracked rendered masonry walls, parapet walls, parapet capping joints and expansion joints. • Repair or replace roof-to-wall apron flashings. • Remove old temporary silicone repairs and carry out permanent compliant repairs. • Clean box gutters, gutters, gutter guards and remove all debris restricting drainage. • Rectify ponding water issues and ensure proper drainage. • Investigate and permanently repair all roof leaks affecting the garage, pantry, kitchen, study, ensuite and rear alfresco ceiling. Requirements Licensed and fully insured. Experience with Colourbond metal roofs. Please provide labour and material costs separately. Warranty on workmanship preferred. Before and after photos required.

I would like to replace my existing garage skylight sheet with a new clear polycarbonate skylight sheet. At the same time, I’d also like to replace one adjacent metal roof sheet with another clear polycarbonate sheet to allow more natural light into the garage. Please remove and dispose of the old sheets and install the new polycarbonate sheets using appropriate roofing screws. Please provide a quote for labour and materials. Replacement/new gutter is over-flowing at low point into house. Need problem assessed and addressed. I've had a lot of pigeon activity on my roof so I recently had the solar panels wrapped and box gutters sealed. However, a few pigeons somehow snuck into my roof cavity and seem to have died in there because I can smell a horrible decaying waft of air when I turn on my aircon. I need someone to come into my home and access the roof cavity through the manhole and pull out any dead pigeons. You may need a long broom I assume. I don't have any images to share that would help because I can't see into the roof cavity or haven't tried I should say.

I have a couple of downpipes that are leaking during heavy rain, they need to be fixed or replaced, they could also need to be flushed. I also have the varenda roof dripping in some areas around the gutters. It needs sealing, and the gutters checked for blockage. Please quote for labour work only. Gutter cleaning required for single story house

I'm looking for someone to clean the gutters on my house as well as clean the roof of my carports. All waste to be removed. Carport 1 is 4.6 x 6.0 m2 Carport 2 is 3.3 x 5.0 m2 House is 116 m2

House roof has a small leak in it, but it is under a solar panel. Im assuming when it rains hard , there could be a build up of leaves possibly , holding water back, or could be a cracked tile.. Need someone to remove solar panel, and simply seal leak up... i can be there to help ( if needed) , but injury prevents me being on a roof. Access is next to gutter, so not high up top of roof
