Clean gutters around house. Two storey building so will need very high extension ladder.

Would like for someone to check for any issues with the guttering (three sides box guttering and one side standard) and integrity of the roof (metal sheeting) with particular attention to where solar panels are installed. Hearing a lot of banging and rattling in strong winds so just want to be sure nothing is loose. Two-storey townhouse but I have a long enough ladder to get up there if required. Surface area is 16m x 5.7m.

I need a roof spinner replaced on my house. It is making plenty of noise and sounds like it’s about to implode. It looks similar to the attached image, but may want to inspect it first to confirm.

One corner of the cornice of the ceiling is dripping water when rain falls. Last week gutter cleaned but still water dripping. Need to find root cause ( if you’re competent on your skill than only respond, I don’t want to waste time and money on radon reasons and fixing that. )

There is a small broken piece of edging/capping on a corner of my aluminium clad house just below the eaves that needs to be repaired as it is letting in water. It is up high, but a ladder will reach.

Need the roof sheets removed along with the truss and purlins etc. Essentially everything you see in the picture. As I am not hands on, will require to do the job Once removed, you're more than welcome to take all the materials

There are holes in the common wall between myself and my neighbour in the roof space that need to be sealed and closed. Please see attached image.

Find and fix a leak on the roof

Task details: I need someone to climb into my roof cavity and place four small pre-assembled items. All equipment is supplied and already assembled, tested and cabled. No materials, no tools, no wiring, no drilling. What's involved: Enter roof cavity via the manhole. Ladder is already set up at the entry point. Take the network cable that's already run to the entry (one end plugged into the switch, the other end already connected to the camera) and carry the camera to the target area. Position the camera facing the target area. The camera is on a 12x12" plywood base — it just sits down, nothing to fix or fasten. I'll be watching the live feed from below and will tell you by phone which way to nudge it until the view is right. Place the 3 water leak sensors, also each on their own small plywood base. One goes right at the marker, the other two roughly 1–1.5 m either side of it, toward the valley/higher side. Again, they just sit flat on the ceiling — nothing to attach. Take 10–15 photos on your phone of the surrounding area: timber battens, underside of the tiles/sarking, insulation, and any staining, damp patches or rot you can see. Send them to me after. Tell me what you observe — is the insulation damp or compressed, any water marks on the timber, any daylight visible. Finding the spot: I'll push a short piece of wire up through the ceiling crack so you can identify the exact area straight away. Notes: 1950s tiled roof. Walk on the joists only, not the plaster. Bring a headlamp/torch and a dust mask. Knee pads if you have them. Everything is pre-configured and tested. This is a placement job, not an installation job. Should take well under an hour.

I need gutters cleaned for my 2 storey house and the small shed in the backyard.

Need someone to climb on the roof and re silicone a small section of a pool heater than has become detached Need to then just briefly work with me to start the system ensuring no leaks and the fix holds. Would have to be done in an afternoon when roof is dry and no rain forecasted. This would not take long, see pictures Have ladder and can get silicone

Corner of gutter needs to be re-aligned. Also have a small portion of gutter of shed that has chicken wire as gutter guard. Need wire removed as dirt and weeds blocking gutter

Clean gutters, there are around 8-10 that need cleaning. 2 levels so need a ladder. Roof terrace so don’t need a ladder to get to the top level, just single level.

Where porch joins to house above back door - leaks everytime it rains. Need someone to get on roof and seal the gap between porch and house. Supply materials (sealant) and fix.

I've had a lot of pigeon activity on my roof so I recently had the solar panels wrapped and box gutters sealed. However, a few pigeons somehow snuck into my roof cavity and seem to have died in there because I can smell a horrible decaying waft of air when I turn on my aircon. I need someone to come into my home and access the roof cavity through the manhole and pull out any dead pigeons. You may need a long broom I assume. I don't have any images to share that would help because I can't see into the roof cavity or haven't tried I should say.
