Looking for an experienced tree lopper/arborist or someone confident with tree trimming to help cut back a neighbour’s tree that has grown over our side of the property. The neighbour has already given permission for us to trim anything on our side. Mainly needing: * Overhanging branches cut back from roof/gutters * General tidy up to reduce overhang near the house * Green waste removed if possible Access is available from our side of the property. I have approx a 6m by 5m carport that is directly below a gum tree. At least half of the gutters have gutter guard. I would like the gutter guard completely removed and then the gutters cleaned out. Particular attention to where the house and the carport connect - check the condition of the gutters once they’re clean as they overflow and leak into the garage

Minor leak at gutter corner above carport. Gutter has been partly cleaned but may need a bit more clearing. Need someone to inspect, run water through, and seal the corner/back edge properly so it drains without leaking. House is being prepared for sale, so just looking for a clean, proper fix — not replacement. Quick job for someone comfortable on a roof. Ladder access available.

Hey guys, I need a handyman who can install a new suntuf sheet on the pergola roof. Old one is broken. New sheet is $40, happy to pay $70 for the installation(Labour). The person needs to pick up the sheet from Bunnings as I don’t have a Ute or anything. Need this job done asap. Pics attached. Thanks
