Every time after a heavy rain we find a puddle of water by the wall in the garage. The inside walls are dry so I'm guess water ingress somewhere from the roof line, into the wall cavity and out at the bottom. Would like to have this leak fixed before it poses more damage to the internal structure.

Hoping someone “handy” can come up with a budget friendly solution to dog proof the bottom section of my fence (it’s a rental). Needs to be aesthetically pleasing also. It’s about 8m long and approx. 15cm gap underneath. Will pay for whatever is needed from Bunnings etc plus your time. I need done ASAP as we can’t use the front yard until it’s secured.
