Hi, I am looking for a quote to install insulation batts on the underside of my house as well as replace the roof batts. Currently there is nothing under the house. The space goes from standing to nearly crawling. Looking at the R2.5 underfloor insulation this would then be stapled in with insulation tape. Total floor area is circa 90sqm including the joists. In addition, i want the insulation in my roof redone. This would involve removing the current insulation and adding the new ceiling insulation. Probably R6 in the roof. I am able to provide the batts unless that is something you also will do and please provide cost on that. Please let me know any relevant experience / materials you would already have for the job. Eg staple gun for putting in the batts. In addition, if there is any further information that you need to provide a price? There are some photos below so you can see the area. Thanks

I live in Loftus 2232 in a 2 story house & have just treated & high pressure sprayed the terracotta tiles which have come up like new, & replaced any broken tiles, flashing, etc. I'm looking for someone to repoint my ridge capping tiles as well as my edge tiles (where I have no guttering) with a flexible pointing product. - Ridge Capping Tiles Pointing: 40m - Edge Tiles Pointing: 25m If the price is fair & reasonable, I was hoping to get this completed sometime between Saturday, 14 - Sunday, 29 January. Roof gutters need cleaning, It is a double storey house thanks - Due date: Flexible

We are flexible with dates and times. We would like to fix/replace the guttering for the roof over our outdoor deck, and also replace the corrugated roofing with transparent corrugated roofing. If you have a supplier, ideally you could supply the gutters and roofing. If not, we can order them to be here when you come to install. Here are some additional details: 1) For the gutters: I have attached pictures, and have labelled what needs doing on the birds eye picture. The yellow is a sagging gutter that needs replacing. The red is the existing guttering between the house and the deck roof, which does not catch all the water so rain drips in onto the deck - so this needs fixing. The blue is an additional edge that needs new guttering, where there currently isn't any. 2) For the deck roof, there is currently a corrugated roof (I think PVC?) on it. We want it replaced with transparent PVC to allow more light in. This should be a straightforward replacement. - Due date: Flexible
