Hey! So, a while ago I noticed that something was off with the roof above my garage. I had someone come look at it because the garage shutter wasn’t opening, and they said it might be because the roof is kind of sagging or curving down in the middle. Apparently, it’s pressing down and messing with the clearance? Honestly, I don’t really understand any of this — I don’t know if it’s a structural issue, a roof problem, or something else entirely. I just know something seems off and I want to get an idea of what the problem is. I’m looking for someone who can: • Come have a look at the roof/structure • Let me know what’s actually going on • Give me a quote for whatever work might be needed to fix it Thanks

One storey building need couple of roof tiles replaced. During storm had leaks and we have applied sealant as temporary fix. Need someone to come and replace them. I do have replacement tiles with me. Is easy to spot the tile from inside.
