When there’s terrestrial rain, downpipe (attached photo) overflows so unsure if there’s something stuck in there that needs clearing or fixed? Pipe was also previously punctured by whipper snipper 3 years ago and have been patched up with heavy duty waterproof tape but don’t believe that’s the reason for overflow(?)
