I am looking for a carpenter to help me install my pattio roof over my deck. Ideally looking for a carpenter who is looking for additional hours. Im flexible on when it can be done.

See attached photos of where water is pooling at the soil area and require downspout drainage installed underneath the soil for runoff to main road. Length is approximately 6 metres from soil area to main road.

48 panels needs cleaned on a single story house

Solar blanket on roof needs to be disconnected and removed. Plumbing capped/ removed where it’s miscellaneous.

I have a flyover pattio roof that I need help installing. Roof is 5x6m and roughly 3.5m tall. Ideally looking for someone that has a hole in their schedule and in December and is looking for extra work. I'll be on site to help get things done. But I need someone thay has done this before and has the experience. Looking for someone to assit a with the whole project not just come around for a component of it.

We have recently moved in our house and the patio has louvre roof which is leaking water when it rains and also the louvre motor is not working. Looking to get it repaired. Would need someone to Come and have a look for final quote

Low set house - clean gutters

Gutters cleaned out/blasted, tree branches trimmed down (over hanging on roof). One story house. All rubbish will be taken care of, just need the job done and bought to ground level.

I need a roof silicone seal for the external edges of my roof/patio to prevent water seepage. Area of seepage as in photos, blue line.

I want to purchase a second hand gable colourbond patio roof near Kenmore approx 6m long and under 3m wide (only the roof no posts included) to be installed at my residence in Forest Lake where either I can have my pergola knocked down ready or you to install the purchased one (will need to organise some posts) if someone would like to come and inspect the site to give me a more accurate quote and discuss logistics but I would like some rough ideas.
