Looking for someone experienced to clean the roof gutters of two large, ground-level single-storey houses and attached patios ocated side by side in Rapid Creek, Darwin. Work required: - Thoroughly remove all leaves, dirt and debris from the gutters of both houses and attached patios. - Clear downpipe openings and check for blockages. - Place all collected debris into the on-site green waste skip bin provided. - Leave the surrounding areas clean and tidy. - Provide before-and-after photos of the gutters. Both properties can be completed in the same visit. Must supply own ladders, tools and equipment and have experience cleaning roof gutters safely. Insurance preferred.

FYI, We will supply the vermin nets, screws, bolts, rivet, ladder (1.8-3.5m), and step ladder (1.2m). The photo shows 2 corners, but there are another 2 corners on the other side of the roof as well, so 4 corners in total to install netting on. Details: We had a possum inspection done recently, and the pest inspector found that the main entry points are the large gaps around the soffits/eaves at the gable ends of the roof. The photos in the report show the areas they are referring to. We would like to see if these gaps can be closed off securely using galvanised mesh or a similar suitable material, fixed properly to the timber rafters/framing or metalwork where possible, so possums cannot push their way back in. We are not too concerned about how it looks from inside the roof space, as long as it is secure, weather-resistant and does not cause any issue with the roof.
