2 flyscreens have blown off, likely screw tabs have broken, I have the replacement tabs/clips, need to climb onto decking roof, most likely lay down light boards or light planks to walk along and reattach with Phillips head screwdriver and new clips

I need my gutters cleared of a few leaves ABs twigs and guard reinstalled in a few places

We need to use the component supplied and shown in the photo attach this to the ceiling so my daughter can sit on it and swing on it while she watched the television because she needs to swing so basically we are trying to install a hanging swing from the roof of a living room.

I’m fixing a study (standalone) and require services for removing and disposing of colorbond cladding, insulation and any other cladding that is in place. Access is good for most of the building. One wall is close to a rock face, but can still be accessed (externally and internally). Two of the walls are easily accessed via a deck. The ridge height is about 3-3.5m off the ground. There is either a dead possum or rat or something in my ceiling space, I am not small enough to climb through the man hole and into the truss roof

Colorbond shed roof was damaged by someone standing on it. One roof panel got bent (now straightened) but now shed is not waterproof. Need someone to repair roof and make waterproof. You will need to supply tools and all material required to fix. (if replacing roof panel does not have to be the same, can be solid panel) Shed is at the bottom of the garden. About 50m from street.

Every time it rains or get car washed there’s a puddle of water on my passenger side floor. I did I test on my sunroof and poured water on sunroof.. water leaked into the passenger side area.
