There are screw size holes around 10-15 which needs to fix professionally. You can fix with the holes with Grey silicon (matching with carpot) or Rivet from the carport. There are 2-3 screws are coming out from the roof (attached image, can you able to cut it from the bottom so gives flush look. Currently there is no leaking but just need to fix the holes so it looks nicer.
