Roof is leaking around my air conditioner. Needs repair/sealing.

Rainwater leaking into the roof most likely through the skylight. Might need a bit of sealant around the skylight. Quote me for as if it was this job and it turns out to be something more difficult or complicated we discuss

A section of my roof trim has come off during the recent storm. I need someone who can fix this section exposed to look like the correct finish in the second image.

A panel has come loose in the roof in the garage. Potentially water damage. It appears the bracket is loose and needs to be reset.

I have a shed with an asbestos roof which leaks. Its a gable roof approx 4600mm x 6500mm. I would like it repaired or the roof replaced if possible.

Existing hay / machinery storage farm shed, open sides, approx. 14m x 8m, with steel pylons and steel trusses. Job is to replace 30 wooden beams (rafters) approx. 4.5m long with 75mm x 45mm H2 timber. Attach corrogated iron sheets to rafters. Attach ridge cap to top. No guttering required. All wood, iron, fittings, etc. will be bought and supplied by owner, exact quantities to be confirmed with contractor prior to ordering. Contractor can either supply own mobile work platform (negotiable fee) or we can hire scissorlift or similar. Height to roof eaves is about 4.8m. Owner will remove existing roof materials before you commence. Ideally job would be done on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Farm is approximately 10 minutes drive north of Bindoon townsite. There is evidence of water leaking in three spots. We are looking to fix it and check the roof for broken tiles and other maintenance tasks

Replacement of screws in metal roof while scaffolding is up for painting. 3 storey house with 25 deg roof pitch. Gutter and downpipes repairs too. We will supply materials.

All nails have popped out and need to be hammered back in. Tricky access. Site survey before task recommended.

12.5kw Ducted AC require a service and may need a gas topup. Need to check & fix roof ducts and ducting if they have come out. Repair polyair 2 control panel which is not Turing on since 27/09. And check any other issue that’s require attention. Thanks

Roof battens need attending to. Roof is tiled. Need to remove tiles and replace battens and / or scrape back and clean.

Need some rusted sheeting cut out and replaced or filled with waterproofing.

There is a leak and the ceiling has a slight drip. If you look through the hole there is a slight bit of sunlight so it’s suspect the roof tile has a crack or mortar needs fixing. Happy to accept job and advise extent of work onsite Need to repair Tiles available

In need of a reputable and knowledgeable roofie who can help with rust spots on our glass dome roof feature. The frame is non galvanised iron and due to incorrect levelling of the further underneath, the base has started to rust where water the water is pooling and not going to the drainage. Someone who can advise on the matter and is an expert in fibreglass repair. Previously been quoted for grind rust off, apply ranex or similar and then sealed and level off drainage with fiberglass .
