1. Removal of loose / broken ridge capping pointing and repointed with Flexible Pointing Compound C4 Cyclone rated.( Approx 12 m - identified by red lines on attached photo) 2. Possible replacement of 2 roof tiles (Tiles supplied) and reseal any penetrations in area circled in blue (on attached photo). 3. General check of roof and attend to minor matters if required. Note Roof height is 6 - 9mtrs

I had a plaster roof installed and it’s coming off the window frame impacting the blinds. I also need three pictures hung across a wall. The wall is a plaster cover over bricks so can break easily if not drilled correctly.
