I had a plaster roof installed and it’s coming off the window frame impacting the blinds. I also need three pictures hung across a wall. The wall is a plaster cover over bricks so can break easily if not drilled correctly.

I need a rusted galv roof sheet(high set house) and capping replaced and some gutters cleaned. Also a pool heat mat near the rusted point needs the leaking section siliconed up or the leak fixed.
