Hi, I need help repairing a damaged eaves/soffit board under the roof on the second floor of my house in Clayton. One section of the soffit panel has cracked and partially collapsed. I need someone to: • Inspect the damaged eaves/soffit area • Remove any loose/damaged board • Replace the broken panel with suitable exterior fibre-cement or similar material • Seal the edges properly (weatherproofing) No full roof work needed — just this specific damaged section. Rain water is leaking through the roof tiles into the ceiling, with a few wet patches appearing on the ceiling. The affected room is on the ground floor. The roof is a tiled roof.

I need someone to check out a water issue in my garage in Clayton. It’s not a leak, more like condensation on the inside of the metal roof, which is pretty low and easy to get to. Might need to pull off the roof to see what’s up and possibly throw in some sarking or foil board to fix it. Looking for a skilled tradesperson to give it a look and tell me what we can do.
