Hi, I need help repairing a damaged eaves/soffit board under the roof on the second floor of my house in Clayton. One section of the soffit panel has cracked and partially collapsed. I need someone to check out a water issue in my garage in Clayton. It’s not a leak, more like condensation on the inside of the metal roof, which is pretty low and easy to get to.
