Hi, looking for an experienced builder/masonry contractor to construct a modern rendered masonry front boundary wall with a side/pedestrian gate in Arundel (4214), similar to the design in the attached reference photo 2. Job Scope & Requirements: • Wall Type: Concrete Besser block wall with smooth rendered finish (light warm grey / off-white tone), Eg. picture 1 • Height: Approx. 1.8 metres (or specify: e.g. 1.8m for entrance section, stepped down to lower height for main wall). • Length: Approx. 10 metres. • Gate: Supply and install a modern dark grey/black pedestrian gate (similar to photo). • Footing: Pour concrete strip footing for block wall foundation. • Finish: Rendered smooth finish, painted/sealed, clean top edge/capping. Rendering patch ups. We had some new tiling done and need rendering to be done to areas that had tiles on the previously.

Just revered my trailer into a freshly rendered and painted wall.

We recently had our house rendered. However, the low brick wall at the front was not completed (long story). The wall has been beaded and a base coat applied. I just need the top coat done and a few bits patched along the pathway (bobcat damage). See photos - brick wall in approx 7m long and 0.5m high. Total coverage is < 10sqm. See photos. I have 2 x 20kg bags of render left (same render as used on base coat) - Haymans rendertex - see photo. I'd like to get this done sometime this week (NOT Thursday) or early next week. Rendering to brick pillars and walls

We have a 10m x 1-1.5m rendered wall on our pool where the render is bubbling and coming off. We need the bubbling fixed and patched and the whole wall repainted. Also would like the black diamond tiles removed as well. Ideally this can be done without draining the whole pool. Unsure on budget.

Our living room and dining room have a mismatch of wall surfaces, heights etc, and we want to tidy this all up by some reframing, and then some plastering as well. This is going to be easiest if you come out and quote, but I have provided some photos. There are 6 walls that we're talking about. 1) A large facebrick wall that needs some framing to hang a sliding barn door on it, and then plastering over the facebrick wall. Aircon needs to be taken down and then hang back up etc. 2) 3 walls that have rough render on then, we want this replaced with smooth render 3) 1 dry wall we need built up to ceiling height and then plastered on both sides 4) 1 dry wall with a wooden top frame that we want removed (so the wall is staying, the 1970s style wood frame is going) and plastering redone. Ignore the budget. We have no idea what to expect, but this silly app makes you set a budget
