Looking for an experienced plasterer/renderer to supply all materials, tools and labour for a decorative render finish on a retail showroom facade. Scaffold provided. JOB DETAILS: • Net renderable area: approx 28m² (deducting glazing and entry door) • Exterior facade of retail showroom • Finish: Vertical grooved texture render • Care required around large arched window, entry door and glazing WORK REQUIRED: • Surface prep and bonding primer application x1 coat • Supply, mix and apply exterior texture render x1 coat • Create consistent vertical grooved lines using notched float • Lightly skim to refine texture • Clean edges around windows, arch and door frame CONTRACTOR TO SUPPLY: • All materials (render, primer, masking etc) • All tools and equipment • I will provide scaffold Reference images of the exact finish im after can be seen in the attached. Just demolished an outhouse and need rendering for a feature wall. The size is 2000mm wide x 3000mm high. The corner on the right will need a deeper fill and will most likely return around 100mm on the right hand side wall. Render just the minimum thickness required and a cement colour finish is adequate. Not too sure of tge cost, hence I've put a minimum of $10.00

Driving out of the garage our car scraped off some of the corner of our house concrete rendering. There’s one longer spot approx Approx 13cm long + one smaller spot approx 3cm long above that. See pictures. We’d like someone to put the corner back and match the colour as close as possible so it blends in. Thank you!

The existing render on our capped brick chimney is starting to crack and let water in. Need somebody to re-do it to keep things watertight. Would also be great if you could remove the old TV aerial while you’re up there.
