The house is built on a slope - so the underhouse area, has full stand-up walk-in access and unobstructed situation. Involves physical fitness, distance to carry is less than 15metres, up an incline. No furniture nor large items to carry. Weight of items varies but no more than around 7kgs, and often less. The owner will also be involved in the task and will assist and direct.

I have a King size mattress to carry inside a house. I'm delivering it to a customer who has told me it's not a one person job but that it's easy enough for two people to do, so I need a fit and able person who can help carry the mattress. The mattress is about 40kgs so easy enough for two people to carry although there is a mattress trolley available. Total time for the job will be about 10 minutes.
